Wow very impressive tank and stand. I love the colour of the stand. Great job this will be an amazing tank when it gets filled in. I might have to build a canopy now for my tank after seeing this.

I'm not sure what the color is. Its just a premixed rustoleum roll on paint that I got from Canadian Tire.

I used fiberglass rods and drilled holes in the rock to keep them in place like that.

I used driveway markers and cut them to length with a small handsaw as I was aquascaping.

Yeah a nice cheap option for sure. I think they were like $5 each at canadian tire, and you could get them in 4 or 8 foot lengths.
