![]() He's a real peice of #*@* absolutely no contact,ignores emails and pm's.I just excalated my paypal dispute to a claim.I ordered filters and resin on may16th..they were marked as awaiting shipment..still have nothing,not a word from him.As soon as i filed a dispute,order was marked as refunded,have yet to see a dime Lesson learned never deal with him again.

![]() Well I've done 2 orders from him in the past, the last order was in March and while it took awhile (it was a pre-order) I did get it fairly quickly. There was a part missing and he said he would ship it the next day but I never got it and didn't get around to pursuing it.
Has anyone heard from him at all? I guess with his phone out theres not much means of communicating with him. He was on the board on June 1 so I'm sure he has an idea that people aren't happy with him.

![]() Just wanted to give everybody an update. If you guys paid through paypal, start a ticket. It took about 2 weeks. But since this scammer didn't respond, I was covered under the paypal protection.. They refunded my money.
I think the forum should seriously think about removing his ads, so no one else will go through this BS |

![]() Just recieved an email this morning from paypal.They ruled in my favor and refunded my money.Absolutely no contact from this vendor..lesson learned.

![]() Whats going on is that he IS there.. he IS checking email. But hes only responding to the emails for new sales, then goes silent after orders have been made.
I sent multiple emails.. no response. Then I started a resolution ticket, then my status on his website changed to "refunded" almost instantly. I sent another email to resolve the matter.. no response. 2 weeks later, Paypal rules in my favor. Just horrible business practices.... |
