I didn't end up getting a used one off of RC like I was going to as I now want to wait for the MP10. The more and more I have been reading about them, I like smaller size for my nano. Won't work out for this group buy though!

I asked JL... they said they won't be carrying mp10 unfortunately....

I plan to get mine from my friend in the states though...

I will probably get my family to get me one from down there too. Actually I will be down in Cali next month, so I will look for one then.

Wonder why JL would not carry them???

I will commit to the original group buy for a MP40. If there is not enough for the group buy by the 15th I will probably have drop out and make the purchase through Red Coral. Thanks to Ron99 and the vendors for putting this together.

Okay, looks like we are at 3 MP40s. Anybody else? I am sure we can make arrangements to get pumps to lower mainland folks who can't make it out to Abbotsford themselves so don't be shy...

I'm going to buy two MP40's and another MP 20 but I'm stuck in school til the end of June. By the end of July I'm gonna purchase them. What's the cut off date for the group order? I'd be more than happy to pick up from Calgary, unless someone in Edmonton is going to carry them. Just for the record. I've had my MP20 for about six months and it's the best money I've ever spent for flow in an aquarium. Works like a charm

That makes us at 4 total.

We are willing to ship BC and AB FOC.

If we can get 6 more either MP40's or MP20's this will be a go and we will have delivery latest next week.

Unfortunately I think that even June is to long. i would like to close this off by May 15th. I think that's enough time for most who were planning to buy them to get on board. Sorry if that doesn't work for some.

Good news and some ...well news lol.

Batch of MP40's has arrived. The 20's to come next week. If your name is listed on here in this thread as wanting an MP40 you can come and get it (or we can ship).

Did I miss any of the MP40 Takers????

As for the MP 10's I do have information.....The launch of these is actually not expected to be until Sept 1. They have not had any allocated for international orders only USA and those are only Beta testing. we may see these in a pre-release limited quantities prior to Sept but again it will only be limited...like 4-6 units only!!!

I have asked that we be considered for some of the test units in Canada and pre release units. I will post when they are to become available but I can say it wont be for some time. Sorry

Thanks for looking into it!

I may end up getting a 20 then. I would wait but I leave for Singapore in the fall and would like to enjoy the vortech this summer before I go!

I will let you know.

By the way, I talked to a friend out east who is on a waitlist for the MP10 and the shop he is buying from was also told September, so this isn't a huge surprise
