![]() I think the CBC got it wrong [gasp!]... order POSITION will determine the price. Early buyers will pay more, and later buyers will benefit from economies of scale. You don't have to buy 100 of them to get the lower price, just be patient. On their current production rate, you should only have to wait until 2200 or so to get one for the lowest published price.

![]() Wasn't this company sued or something for claiming they had a flying car a few years back?

The cool thing is that they have a Causer shape smaller version of it for less then $100G. No need for pilot's license, because it will only fly up to 9 feet high. (not that it can’t fly higher , just restricted to get it legal without license). You can land on any surface including water, 150 km/h speed, and range about 100 kms. I could be wrong on all of the above figures but what I also herd was that company stock went up 3 times after a smaller craft announcement. They also make fast Sea-doo’s (Jet-Skis) with rotary engines. |

![]() i dont get what you could do with it. i doubt it could turn on a dime or even a reasonable radius so driving in every day traffic would be out of the question. so what do you do with hovering car? take it off road?

Yah, you are right driving it isn’t fun, but flying 500m/hr is ! i think it's designed to drive only to a takeoff spot and then fly away. The smaller one is recreational only. |
