			 i agree with moogled, but i cant argue against the lower mainland drivers either, if theres snow on the ground it means you have to go SLOWER and SLOW down SOONER. A half million people staying home because of 2 inches of snow cant be wrong!! It snowed here thursday morning (not kidding) im in central BC, if it was Van the whole place would have collapsed!!
