What kind is yours coldwater easier than tropical?

i don't know much about coldwater octos except giant pacific occtos... which you do NOT want unless you got a 1000gal tank!

tropical ones though have a muy wee short lifespan in home aquaria: one year if you're lucky.

I havn/t owned one but a friend did.The hardest thing is keeping them from escaping.They can sqeeze through anything bigger then there beek.The longest they live is two years.

At hidden reef in abbotsford they have a dwarf octo in a little cube by the till, neat looking thing... i wouldnt really consider them myself just because of the lifespan and they are nocturnal.
