Acrylic Aquarium Sizes??? Input???

Im still getting into them Steve, Im just getting into them more than I anticipated and am looking to build a manufacturing plant for seamless acrylic cylinders, and later to expand to other dimensions and shapes, we will start with making 2', 3' and 4' diameter acrylic tubes out of cast acrylic, and also scratch restiant acrylic....

I have been thinking about making some of the tanks with seamless rounded corners in the front, none of the tanks will have any banding around the top or bottom, I was thinking of making the overflows out of black or smoked acrylic, and the backs I personally like black back tanks unless the tank is used as a double sided room divider, Im not sure why anyone would want to see the cords and any other mess behind their tank/??

These tanks would be made out of high grade cell cast acrylic, but I could look at putting a scratct resistant coating on them....

Think about external overflows. They are probably going to be the next big thing IMO. I'm doing one for my Glass 120. I dont mean the HOB kind either.
