In a set up like this are we crazy for not getting it?

I am still building my tank and have no experience with a controller, but do plan on running an Apex. Perhaps someone else could weigh in on that question. He sounds like a good level headed kid, so why not spoil him a bit? Lol. I'm sure it would be a huge help in managing the tank!

Definitely get the apex I love mine. No more unplugging for me when I change water or checking reactors. Just log on and turn it of.

Apex
I have a ReefKeeper Lite and I wish I had gotten the Apex. Got the Net Module as well but that only means I can monitor my probes via internet. No way for me to control my equipment via iPhone like you can with an Apex. For the price of a RKL and the net module, I'm almost at what I would have spent for the Apex basic.
