![]() That looks like a Quite One pump to me, as for size no idea. Best thing to do is to calculate the flow rate ( roughly ) by filling a tub or Rubbermaid can for pump to be submerged into & time (in sec's) how long it takes to fill a bucket or whatever that you know the size of & then do the calculation to get GPH.

![]() also make sure you are filling that bucket the same height as your aquarium so u get the proper head
