![]() This is true, however, I don't because it usually comes with packaging that isn't biodegradable (styro, plastic film, usually both) and that's a big deal to me. The other thing is you usually don't want to peel garlic until you're just about to use it; the compound that gives garlic its kick (allicin) tends to break down quickly once exposed to oxygen.
