there is also no one that is consistently raising cardinals.
I think this is the biggest problem as there is no constant supply of captive bred
I would definitely suggest waiting for the captive bred.

Shipping of fish is easy peasy, it's coral that can be troublesome @ times. Either way they should be ready in about a month if your still interested then.
