Agreed this is unfortunate. Too bad since I purchased my system from this vendor several years ago and had no problem, so have also mentioned him as a possible source in a few threads. Sometimes bad things happen with a business, but you'd think he could provide some explanation as to what the problem is. He has to know this isn't helping his business.

This is too bad. I ordered my unit last fall and it came, was banged up a bit from shipping and he replaced the metal mounting bracket for me. I was happy with the transaction.
Unit works great!. Maybe he's had some kind of family issue? But he should really keep his customers updated if this is the case... Update: According to one of the GTA forums, he's really busy in the summer with Irrigation. So maybe this explains the slow/lack of responses... Last edited by cwatkins; 06-20-2011 at 05:24 AM. |

Hes a mofo i had a similar experence,order not recieved and no contact from him.Have started a resolution from paypal...

yeah he did the same thing with me, ordered some fittings would not give me a tracking #, 4-5 pm's asking for the tracking # he just kept blaming the supplier not giving it to him. after about a month paypal sent me an email with a refund. he didnt even get back to me to tell me anything.
very disappointed. I hope to never see him again selling on canreef |

I can't wait to see Tyler try and come back in the winter time when his irrigation work "dries" up.
What kind of excuses are we going to hear then? Thankfully after a few weeks of no progress on my order I did a claim on paypal and BWI reversed my money a few hours after the claim went in. BWI should be removed from the site immediately! By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. |

Got an e-mail from paypal with my refund in the next 5days.Feel better now ive got my money back....
