Thanks Stacey.
I do have the fish room exhausted outside (just a simple dryer vent in a window with a fan/duct work). You can see the hole in the back of the room in the first "drywall/mudding pic". I will be doing some research on the HRV unit. I believe I should be able to make it work with the existing duct work, but I will have to bring someone in to take a look. For the time being I will try the dehumidifier/direct exhaust first and if I can't keep my humidity down then I will need to go with a unit more appropriate. Anyone have any suggestions for a good dehumidifier? (minimum 70 pints), that is energy efficient and dependable (I would imagine it will be running more often the not). Thanks guys/gals |

Basement is looking amazing! 2 tanks at once = either stupid or brilliant
On a side note, is that where your projector is staying? Seems really low.
