![]() Today I tried the sodium hydroxide on a colony of Palythoas that has been a PITA for years. Turned off the pumps and using a hypodermic I squirted a smallish area, (about the size of a toonie), left the stuff alone for about 5 minutes and then siphoned up the precipitate. The Palys are absolutely gone and the rock is totally bare. Not a thing on it: totally nuked. I love this stuff!
