Only you know which unit you have.
 I'm just putting it out there that just any old plastic container may not be safe. We keep sensitive invertebrates in our tanks and adding invisible toxins may result in unexplained deaths. No one wants that.  Mitch

my brute isnt listed that and i have been using it for ro for over a year... its model 2621 but fits the description of what they have listed as 2620... american version?

i use a brute garbage can to mix my salt for one mounth at a time, It seem to be ok so far.
