![]() You could also try contacting Ecotech customer service directly. They are very helpful in terms of trouble shooting. If it needs replacing then you will likely have to go through a Canadian dealer but if it is fixable they can probably help you.

![]() When I had a noisy dry side, I called Ecotech directly... They were great to deal with and sent me a new one and I had it within the week. Even better was that I just had to return the defective one to the LFS where I bought it, so it saved me shipping.
I would give them a call, but before you do, have you tried a reset? Kevin @ Red Coral had one that was supposedly deffectlive, but when I did the reset, voila!!! it was good again. Being that there are no lights, it is probably dead, but you never know.
