![]() I have to agree, when I got my deco tunze rock they didn't pack it right the 1st couple of times they sent it and it was broken by the time I got it. However they replaced it free of shipping charges and hassles until I got one that was whole. It good to know that on the odd time it doesn't work out they do what ever it takes to make it right.

![]() I'll have to chime in and agree with most that J&L is an excellent store with outstanding customer service. By far the best LFS in Vancouver. I've often wondered if the "J" in J&L stood for Jeff.

![]() I also wonder what J&L stands for? - Does any one know?
Anyway - I agree with everyone else. I've had the pleasure of doing considerable business with J&L (in particular Jeff) and always had good experiences. |

![]() "John and Lisa" I think? When they opened up in 1998 or 1999 or so and it was a basement operation (I think anyhow, man that was a long time ago!!!)

![]() Yes, J is for John. John realy drove customer service, and it's great to see it's stayed with the store after he sold it.
