Just a quick update:
After 3 months, still very happy I made the switch to Telus TV. Good picture quality, way more channels, including 30+ in HD, good internet speed, wireless modem & PVR. I'm told on June 8th, they're having the launch of their PVR Anywhere system which will mean far higher bandwidth available into my home so faster internet, more TVs & better PVR service (at no extra charge).
