i have used lemon juice and again it doesn't kill the daughter cells at the base-haven't tried boiling water yet,but again i can't see it killing the daughter cells-using fish is fine but they can't get into all the small nooks and crannies.i did try peppermint shrimp twice-my snowflake eel wants me to try it againi'm sure my wrasses would like me to try again too

The boiling water method, from what I've read, has gotten mixed reviews. I don't see it being overly effective either. But it has worked for some so I mentioned it as a possibility.
