![]() Another trick I've read about is using lemon juice. You likely have some in your fridge. Put it in a syringe and inject the Aptasia(s). Some people also have said injecting them with boiling hot water works also.

![]() Lemon juice just causes them to disintegrate and reappear later as MANY little aptasia. Joe's Juice and biological control seems to be the consensus here on how best to control aptasia.

![]() i have used lemon juice and again it doesn't kill the daughter cells at the base-haven't tried boiling water yet,but again i can't see it killing the daughter cells-using fish is fine but they can't get into all the small nooks and crannies.i did try peppermint shrimp twice-my snowflake eel wants me to try it again

![]() The boiling water method, from what I've read, has gotten mixed reviews. I don't see it being overly effective either. But it has worked for some so I mentioned it as a possibility.
