the wire seems to be ok - I would have to agree that it might be a solder joint internal...
the only catch is the entire pump is internally inclosed in a plastic coating (wil not be able to reach solder joints) not sure what to do from here???? where can you get the exact same pump from? the "GX 6000" does 6000 L/min which is about 1600 GPH... that would equate to a Sidra 20000 (approx) or do I try and find the same pump?
