![]() I think that anything we do in our little boxes of water for flow pales in comparison to what mother nature can do... as long as your sand stays somewhat stationary I say up the flow...now this will depend on what you keep as far as corals and fish(in some cases) goes....watch your fishes tails...if they use it a lot, then they are working hard....clownfish are not really the most graceful swimmers, but mine swims head on into my vortech (prolly 2800ghp)
