when did u send the email ??
and based on previous emails (before this shipment), how quick was the vendor's response ?

Before this he has usually gotten back to me withing an hour at most

I would be a little more patient, since getting angry @ them isn't going to accomplish anything right now....
perhaps send them a follow up email tomorrow morning.
