He's in my 230g tank, I have a few small critters like that and some I rarely see and others I see fairly often. My pistol shrimp is finally out in the open more however my pom-pom I see every 6 months or so.

I have 3 pom pom's but I see mine daily of coarse my tank is only 40g.

Hmmmm, you could be right. I always just assumed it was an encrusting sps.
