My new porcelain crab showing my RBTA some love

Thank-you Ken at Blue World, he's doing great, I'm glad we got him

That is really cute! Where'd you find the rbta?

That's too cute Laurie. I bought one from Ken too but sadly I have no anenome for her so she decided to sit in front of my favia but seeing your little rbta makes me want to get something for her.

I bought it a few months ago from Marine Aquaria. I haven't been there in a while so I don't know if they have any in, but I think they carry rbta's often. I also know Blue World gets rbta's in often as well.

Thanks

When we first put him in he jumped out of the net before we could get him near the rbta and since we bought him to host in the rbta (perc.'s have no interest :mmph: but the rbta is still fairly small) so anyway, I wasn't happy he wasn't co-operating.

However a few minutes later he came out onto the sand at the front of the tank and we were able to net him again (along with some sand that you probably can see flying around in the pic.) this time we were able to place him onto the rbta. The pic. was taken a little while later and so far he's staying in/beside/or just under the rbta.

I did the same when I put my girl in but I placed her on my hammer. She stayed there for a day but has since moved to the favia

He's in my 230g tank, I have a few small critters like that and some I rarely see and others I see fairly often. My pistol shrimp is finally out in the open more however my pom-pom I see every 6 months or so.

Here's my silly girl sitting wedged between the glass and the favia/sponge/unknown sps.

Unknown sp. looks like Cyphastrea.
