Thanks for the info everyone. I guess going for the a larger skimmer is the best way to go.

Myka- thanks for the recommendations, I will have to check the other two out. Is there something specific you do not like about the Tunze? Is it that it does not produce as much "skimate" (I believe that is a word!) as compared to the other brands?
