Yeah I was kind of thinking it was expensive, when he had pics of the corals up before the red and green candycane was quite nice actually, but not $100 nice.

What's sadder though? If he was just a little less on the asking price for the carpet I'd be all over it, unreasonable asking price or not. Maybe he's expecting offers and the whole negotiation-dance or something. Too bad the pics are down I would have loved to see the carpet.
