The sad thing is that he actually landed on tile...not carpet. Ouch!!

Great stuff! My second LMB was a carpet surfer. Found the poor guy too late. First one, newb mistake, didn't adequately protect my power head intake...RIP #1. Fortunately #3 is still with me. Sounds like you've got a trooper on your hands, he's a survivor for sure.

I hope it makes it.
Isn't it funny when we see a fish laying on the floor we panic and throw it back in the tank. Yet when we first buy it we take our time making sure they are acclimatized just perfectly, so they will ike the new tank.
