Carpet surfing survivor!!
Well, I was on my way out the door this morning in the dark when Drew happened to walk over to the woodburning stove to check on it and on his way there he stumbled across my LMB.... 6 feet away from the tank.... CRISPY to the touch. He picked him up and was like "Keri! Your fish! Oh no!!" I'm like "Put him back in the water!!" (It's very early lol) He put him in and he didn't move for a couple of seconds...and then shot to the bottom! I can't believe he was alive, I dunno how long he'd been down there for but tonight he's eating and looks pretty good! His fins are a tiny bit worse for wear but I'm impressed! Now I hope he doesn't get sick!!
It's like 5 feet to the floor from the top of the tank and he made it another 6 feet from there! Here's the man himself: (older pic) http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...800jenny20.jpg |
Eek! I hope he's okay!!

ive been lucky enough to save a couple fish like that too, couple others wernt so lucky.

I have no idea if they are related but gobies look like mudskippers which can spend quite a bit of time out of water if they stay wet. Sounds like you got to him in time, he will be weak and susceptible to disease for awhile but I'm sure he will pull through. Go Surfers!
