The bleaching doesn't necessarily occur as the temp rises, sometimes it occurs on the way back to cool. Depends on how fast/slow you "fix" the temperature issue.

Calgary has had some really idiotic weather this year, 2 days ago it was 33.7c , thank god it cools down at night. I have two ten dollar desk fans blowing in the back of my 28g nano-cube HQI when the mh's go on. and they do a good job. Usually i only use one, but with the hot weather ive had both of them going. I add maybe 1L of water a day, but water is cheap compared to a chiller. Max temp with the fans is 81 on the hottest of days.
