Thanks for all the responses guys.
After chatting with a buddy that also frequently uses Paypal, I think the reason it takes so long is because an e-check can vary in time from 4 days to a highly ridiculous 12 days (even more in other cases). I have my bank account attached but I didn't attach a Debit or Visa card thus the reason for the slow processing. I guess I'll cancel this e-check and repay with my CC which I added last night. Thanks for all the help

When I send an e-check with PP, the money is usually removed from my bank account with 24-48 hours. I do agree that they suck for speed... usually when I'm waiting for one myself.
