![]() I had one doing the same thing but I was able to skewer him. I figure I got lucky for getting him but he did put a dent in the zoos I had at the time. Don't have any ideas though for this instance sorry. Good luck Chris

![]() I was going to say that or a glass with some food in it. Tilt it on it's side and push the bottom into the sand so it's on a very slight angle.

![]() Yeah, a tilted bottle is probably the best bet. Once he slides in he'll have a hard time climbing out.
I dunno, maybe you can get lucky, one night I came down around 1am, 2am and saw a big bugger snoozing right up against the glass. I grabbed my net and was able to catch him. After about 6 months of futility with traps and bottles.
