![]() ok so i feel a little bit stupid but i'm posting this to help others in case they have the same issue. i was settting up the analog and 1st digital powerbar properly but where i was going wrong is once i programmed the 1st digital bar i was daisy chaining the 2nd to it to program the 2nd digital bar. what i figured out laying in bed at 2am was that once the 1st digital bar is programmed i disconnect it from the computer and then hook the 2nd bar into the computer to program it. once both are programmed then you daisy chain them together. hope that makes sense.

![]() Guys,
regarding programming of digital powerbars: Under "digital powerbars - important hints" can be read: "When the initial state or the numbering shall be set, only one digital powerbar respectively dosing pump unit may be connected. If several devices would be connected during the programming, all would overtake the new programming!" |

![]() Todd,
it seems that the tubes are not operated correctly and the ballast shuts power off in order to protect the tube. - Check the wiring between ballast and tube - These wires must be short! usually max. 1 or 2m - should be printed on the ballast or in the datasheet of the ballast |

They are over 2m right now. I will try shortening them. Now that you mention it I do remember reading something about this on either this thread or another thread. I shall let you know shortly!

![]() I tried it with only 1 bulb as the other has been acting a little funny, and it went from 0 to 100% and back down just fine. Could it be a problem with the bulb that is causing the problem?
