![]() personally had nothing but bad luck witht he vortech's and after 3 strikes in 2 months i got my money back. keep in mind they're not directional at all so it sort of limits where you can aim your stream with them.

![]() I really like the Hydors I have two #4's in my 90 and they work great. I have yet to even clean them once in 4 months and have had no issues, unlike the seios that would crap out after a couple weeks of use.

![]() My problem is that my tank is a Bare Bottom 240 Gallon and 1200 GPH is not very much.
With a bare bottom tank, I have the opportunity to REALLY push the flow. I also like the fact the the Vortechs motor is outside of the tank for heat and electrical reasons.... |
