![]() Any silicone that is 100% silicone rubber ie; GE silicone 1 is safe for aquariums. The reason the people at Ge stated that it is not designed for building aquariums is likely because they don't want the liability of anyone flooding thier house. I'm not an expert, but I just did a pile of reaserch as I didn't want to pay $6 for a small tube at the LFS.

![]() Yup. GE SCS1200 is the same stuff they use to build aquariums. You can even adhere acrylic baffles to a glass aquarium when you're building a sump with this stuff.
