I just drilled my 65g. Got the drill bit off eBay (seller: lau from THK). It's pretty easy if you follow the instructions on Reef Central.

Not sure what it would cost you out there but here in the Vancouver area prices are around $25-$30 per hole. I did some glass drilling with the dremel and diamond bit and it worked out alright, there is a diamond cutting disk that works better if you decide to build an external overflow but then you'll still need to drill holes for bulkheads.
