It looks like a sponge crab or even a shame faced crab to me..

Put it in the sump or give it to a mantis owner. Not someone I'd leave in a reef.

We caught one of those crabs last year. Can post a short video of it, if you'd like. Definitely not a crab to have in the tank. Euthanized ours right after his close up.
