![]() Well a 1" bulkhead requires a 1-3/4" hole if you're using sched40 bulkheads so the difference is 3/4" larger hole but if you're using sched80 bulkheads then you need a bigger hole because the wall thickness is larger so if you have a 2" hole I would have to guess that the biggest bulkhead you will be able to fit is a 1-1/4" bulkhead and I'm not sure if those even exist but basically I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not 100% sure and a 2" hole might even be too big for a 1" bulkhead unless we were maybe talking about sched80 bulkheads but those are more money and I'm not 100% certain what clearances you need for those anyhow but I wonder if it might just be better to pick the bulkhead you want to use and then figure out what size hole it needs?
