A Big Rant & a Big Thanks!

Being in this business for 30+years I know stuff happens, its a human business and accidents happen. I have my personal opinions on the fast lube places but I have seen qualified tech's make huge mistakes too. I think the company is doing a good job..a little slow in communication but good nonetheless and backing up their mistake.
