Default Brand New at this

We are learning the S/W aquarium and reef keeping as we go. We have the R2 moonlights that just will not work! does anyone know how to get these things working? They will not turn on at all.

Hmm..I'm hoping you haven't gotten them wet. I have heard they fail quickly if so. I also read about their power source not having polarity on the plug (both plugs are same size) and so many outlets don't work unless you wiggle it to make contact.

Just some stuff I've seen online.

Tell us about your tank and maybe that will help.
