4x39w t5 light. 36" cheap :)

Hey I upgraded to LED's and have no reason to keep the old light.
Odessea 36" 4x39w t5 with 2 10k, 1 actinic and I think one super blue bulb. All bulbs less than two months old.

One pair of bulbs is moody, and requires a bump every now and then to fire up...Only three bulbs light up. Maybe a bad ballast?
2 of the three led moonlights work
It's not the most amazing setup but it got me going, hopefull it can help somebody else out too
