![]() I have vermetid snails that I would like to get rid of any I am willing to give this a try. Must be relatively young as I have a smaller tank.
If anyone is willing to lend me one I would take good care of it. ![]() Thanks! |

![]() can copperbands even eat vermatid snails? They have a protective cap that they can hide under which to me seems like would stop a copper-band from getting at them.
FWIW, I have a copper band, and in the time i've had him, my vermatid snail population has tripled (from 1 to 3). He doesn't even investigate the them. |

![]() Copper bands are good for aiptasia but I've never seen one (and I've had 3) touch vermatid snails. The outer shell is to hard for them to eat. The only fish I've had eat them are triggers. I can also see puffers eating them.
I also should mention the CBB's have a very poor survival rate, maybe 1 in 10 or 20 will live longer then 3 months in captivity.
