Ora hasn't listed them on site but it was November I believe that they has stated early this year the randells would be released. But our luck means 50 states first

ORA blog only says it would be available in Early 2013...

I was in J&L two weekends ago and I did see a few Yellow Assessors there. About a month ago I saw Blue ones there but when in there last I did not look at the tank they were in. I have though seen them there regularly.
