FS: JBJ 28G nanocube (Edmonton)

I am shutting my nanocube down to try something else so it is up for sale.
JBJ 28G nanocube with stand and JBJ skimmer. Includes the upgraded MJ900 pumps in the back. Tank come with HQI hood with led moonlights.
The tank has been running for about 5 months. I am asking for $300 OBO. Please PM me if you are interested.
You also have 2 options.
1) Since I am quite busy with work and other things, I have been neglecting the tank lately so it's a little bit dirty. If you want me to clean it up, the price will be $300.
2) If you want to do a little bit of cleaning yourself, I'll throw in the LR and sand as well for free. I have about 20-30 lbs of LR in that tank with coraline, GSP, mushrooms, etc. The live sand is black sand I got from Aquarium Illusions (2 bags). That's about $150 that you'll get for doing a little bit of scrubbing. It probably will take 30-45 minutes to clean the tank up as good as new.

No, sorry. I am planning to give this set up to a friend of mine if I can't sell it so I need to keep everything together. Thanks for the interest though.
