![]() I've tried looking on google but I can't find anyone with a similar experience..
I've had this pearly jawfish for over a month now, so far he's dug about 5-6 burrows under the rocks.. Which is normal...he hangs out in those during the day. But at night he leaves his burrow, digs a small divot in the sand in a corner of the tank and just sleeps right out in the open. I'm beginning to worry that I'm not providing an adequate environment for the little guy. I've got a dsb.. 4"-5", mixture of Caribsea seaflor, and a bit of finer sand mixed in. I know every fish is different but I thought I'd see if anyone has any insight /experience. |

![]() his behaviour sounds normal to me. i had a yellow head who would do the same except he slept under an overhang.
they are neat messy fish that do a good job keeping your sand white. ![]() |
