![]() Good Day:
I have recently changed my aquascape by added some live rock and have a more vertical look. It is getting kind of full but I was thinking of doing a frag order in the next couple of weeks. I was thinking of adding a variety of Zoanthids, mushrooms, Paly's and ricordeas. I also wanted to try some of the various types of LPS Corals: Favia, Blastos, Acans, Chalice, Gonisatrea, Echinata, Cyphestrea, Leptastrea, Neon Pavona, Oxypora and Rotundoflora. I just wanted to get some experts advice as to avoid incompatibilites and problems in my nano tank. Also, is Aussie torch coral worth the high price tag? I haven't seen any in person. Here are some pics of the tank after the latest aquascaping: Thanks for your help, Michael Front View: Left View: Right View: Here is bit of brown diatom outbreak. I had added some improperly cured rock that messed up my water. I did remove the dead rock and added some live rock from the LFS. |

![]() Your tank looks really good. Much nicer than my nanocube. What kind of lighting do you use? Also, the flame angel fish might be too big for your tank. It needs about 70G.

![]() Hey:
Thanks for replies. I purchased the tank already setup last year. The last owner had already modded the lighting with a combination of white & blue LED DIY kit. The lights are pretty good. I had a green birdnest SPS that was doing alright but I sold him. I had the flame angel for a couple of months. I have been trying different foods so that he eating enough. He does forge for algae from the live rock. I think I am pushing it with him in the 28 gallon but he is still healthy. I am hoping to add various Zoanthids on the ledges up the live rock. Do you think they will get enough light? I guess they can be re-arranged if not doing well. Thanks, Michael |
