Default 1 watt LEDs for 29g biocube

I am just wondering if 38 1 watt LEDs in a 29g biocube would be too much light or not enough light to grow lps and some sps. Currently I'm running 18x1w LEDs and a factory attinic pc bulb and my lps seems to be happy but I've only had it on there for a week.

I think that is too low for SPS. I'll be running 90W of LEDs in my 24 Gallon Nano Cube.
