Sudden Sale of my home (good thing ) has forced me to sell my baby quickly!

It s a 125 Gallon

with new LEDs just purchased from ModularLED.ca just 4 months ago (have receipt and full warranty)-like i said this was an unexpected move.
3x Aqua Illumination Sol lights (3x$399.00)
Aqua Illumination Controller ($79.99)
Aqua Illumination rails ($89.00)

Over $1,400 just new lights......they are worth every penny too! super low power bill now and beautiful lighting.

Also JUST brought a new protein skimmer from OA a month ago.
Schuran Jetskim 120 ($490) works so much better than my crappy Bubblemagnus ( bubbleking knockoff lol)

Tons of live rock and fish
Tank has everything you need. ( little fish phosban, pump etc)
Professionally setup (not by me)

Call for more details, I m looking to sell the whole thing as a package if possible.

imo, your better off on selling the lights seperately as i would buy one right away. second of all, you will get way more closer to that value if parted out..

I dont know
what do you think would be a fair price
i want to sell it all together if possible
easier than dealing with too many people
and obviously times an issue for me
Im moving out Aug 17th
so it all has to be gone by then
