Selling a Aqua Medic 5000 Shorty Compact skimmer. This is a recirculating protein skimmer rated up to 400 gallons. I will also include the feed pump which is either a Rio 6hf or an 8hf (have to clean it to tell lol).

24" tall
Ocean Runner 3700 needle wheel re-circ pump (900 gph)
150 gph air intake
3/4" inlet
dual 1 1/4" outlets

Original retail price was $800+. Asking $250

I would prefer a local sale but if buyer agrees to pay for shipping I would consider. Located in Calgary (Crescent Heights)

This skimmer was used on a 300 gallon reef for 2 years and still pulls dark thick skimmate like day 1.

This is a great skimmer I have had a few Qua medic skimmers and they all perform great the higher the bio mass is the better they work up to a point.
