Default How much flow, and where?

For the past while I have started playing with where the flow in my tank is directed. In my 90G I have 2 802 powerheads, with pre filters, a 402, and quiet one main pump that flows into the tank in 2 seperate fanned outputs. My question is, do you try to get a nice even flow at the top, bottom, some top some bottom?? Different heights? Too many powerheads, not enough?? Kinda a broad question but any help would, well, help.

(had to try a face)

We need to know what is in the tank. Corals, how much live rock, etc.

Joel, do you have web space set up with your ISP? That's the best way to post pics. You can also upload them to the gallery here, so let me know which option works best for you.

I have water returing to the tank at 4 different hights through 6 different returns. in adition I did two tunze in the top 1/2 of the tank. this gives me a gentel flow through out the tank except for the top 1/2 which is vilent.
